Our Cerrado Espresso blend is a rich, full-bodied espresso with moderate-to-low acidity. Dry processed for an amazing complexity of flavors, this blend produces a sweet, nutty espresso with the thickest and heaviest crema you’ve ever seen!
 
We start with the highest grade of these famous Brazilian beans from the Cerrado region; a huge region in Brazil, meaning "savanna", or central plateau. Because Cerrado is a softer bean, some roasters think it shouldn't be roasted overly dark… We obviously disagree. Dark roasting brings out an exceptional nutty flavor and enhances the body of the coffee.
